Construction of a walking path and installation of fencing at the Elder Care facility. Questions deadline: 8/10/26 at 5:00 PM to michelle-parsons@cherokee.org Scope of work: Provide quote per SOW and details with notes for 100% complete all-inclusive paving and fencing of the Cherokee Nation PACE Walking Path. Provide all materials, equipment, and manpower necessary to deliver complete project per SOW, documents, details, and notes on details. Please provide bid for Concrete, Light Duty, (broom finish perpendicular to traffic) per attached details. Width shall be eight foot wide (8'), length is approximately eight hundred and fifty feet (850'). Make a smooth transition from asphalt road that exists. All pavements shall be ADA compliant. Remove grass and undercut so top of new concrete is even with existing ground. If new concrete grade is higher than existing grade provide topsoil on shoulders, then feathered out to existing grade around entire walking path and parking area. Provide Bermuda sod on each side and around parking area where earth was disturbed or existing grade did not match. Sod shall be in good condition and sufficiently watered a minimum of twice a week for 4 weeks. Provide Add alternate pricing for 4 tall ornamental fence; See attachments for specifications and placement. Approximant length of fence is 875 (field verify). Provide add alternate pricing for 8-4 (3 below top of paving and 3 above top of paving), bollards to be placed in the center of walking path paving, concrete filled and painted yellow. All work shall comply with current Industry Standards and/or Codes and follow all OSHA and Cherokee Nation Safety Policies
