All questions regarding the drawings and specifications shall be submitted to the City no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Friday, July 31, 2026. Except as otherwise shown or specified, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, permits, testing, inspections, startup, commissioning, and services required to replace the existing electrical service and distribution system at the Milford Transfer Station located at 755 Oronoque Road, Milford, Connecticut. The project is intended to provide a complete replacement of the existing electrical service equipment, branch circuitry, receptacles, conductors, raceways, with a new, fully operational electrical distribution system capable of serving the existing facility. Work shall include, but not be limited to, removal and proper disposal of the existing electrical service equipment, branch circuitry, receptacles, conductors, raceways, installation of a new electrical service, transformer, panelboard, grounding and bonding system, branch circuitry, receptacles, conductors, raceways, testing, commissioning, coordination with United Illuminating, and completion of all related work in full accordance with these Specifications and all applicable Federal , State, and Local codes and regulations, including but not limited to National Electrical Code (NEC), Connecticut State Building Code, OSHA requirements, and utility company standards.
