Site work and new construction of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a lift station including a 12-foot diameter concrete wet well, submersible pumps, piping, valves, site work, concrete pavement, sanitary sewer piping, sanitary sewer manholes, a 10-inch force main, generator, electrical service, and associated electrical and civil site work. Question Deadline 08/22/2026 at 10:00 AM CT All questions shall be submitted at through the question and answer section of this project. Questions will not be considered three (3) calendar days prior to the bid opening Summary of Work The project will include providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision , and plant to construct Lift Station No. 8 and Force Main including but not limited to the construction of the proposed twelve-foot (12') diameter precast concrete submersible lift station wet well; three (3) submersible pumps with accessories; 10-inch (10") diameter ductile iron piping and valves; ten-inch (10- inch) diameter force main ; and an on -site 15-inch (15") diameter gravity sanitary sewer and manhole; seven- inch (7") thick concrete pavement; wooden fence; sliding gate; miscellaneous site grading; electrical duct banks, conduit, wiring, starters, control panel, automatic transfer switch, and all other miscellaneous electrical items; and all other miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and working system
