This project also includes but is not limited to grading, drainage, paving, entrance construction, permanent pavement markings, signing and landscaping improvements . All work will be completed in full accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Construction of concrete sidewalks meeting ADA compliance and drainage, including grading, paving, entrance construction, permanent pavement markings, signing, and landscaping. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Award is subject to final approval.
