Construction of twelve-inch surface water fill line to two welded steel ground storage tanks, plant piping and valves, hydrostatic testing and disinfection, protective coatings, control building and foundation, liquid ammonium sulfate (LAS) feed system, flow proportional surface water chlorination system, demolition of existing chlorination system, process control and electrical work, concrete driveway/sidewalks, site restoration, and hydro-mulch seeding. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Water Plant No. 1 Chloramine Conversion for West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 2.
