Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the complete removal, disposal, and replacement of existing warehouse racking within Building 6-1. The current racking system is obsolete and creates maneuverability hazards due to narrow aisle spacing. The replacement racking shall be installed in accordance with the revised layout depicted in "BLDG_6-1 Racking Updated.pdf," which removes one row of racking and redistributes the available space among the remaining aisles. The contractor shall prioritize maintaining the exact distance between the first and last row of racking as currently configured and ensure that the overall rack footprint is not increased to avoid potential interference with overhead hazards during inventory movement. Additional requirements and specifications are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Location: Tobyhanna Army Depot, Building 6-1, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, USA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
