The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 22, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Construction Corridor Management services as required for all contracts associated with the reconstruction of the I-190 Corridor from the Bessie Coleman Interchange to the Tri-State Tollway. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing services as directed by IDOT and in coordination with the services being provided under the Design Corridor Management Contract. The department is finalizing design and construction project limits and may modify those limits and scope during and after the time of negotiations. In general, the project limits are assumed to include the full I-190 corridor and all projects located within the corridor.
