Additional Bid 1 Fence Reuse: Reuse existing 10' and 42" fencing materials Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Installation of 600 linear feet of 12-inch to 24-inch storm sewer pipe, 350 linear feet of underdrain, 1,600 square yards of pickleball court resurfacing, 1,000 linear feet of fence replacement, and landscaping. The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the City's issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. This project requires payment of prevailing wages to all workers during the course of construction activities. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Franklin County and the City of Grove City, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Labor & Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Division, 614-644-2239. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates are included in the Contract Documents, and prospective bidders shall take them into account in preparing bids. The City of Grove City, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects as the interest of the City may require, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for the Contract.
