Renovation of a detention facility in Lisbon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Provide eleven (11) new commercial HVAC heating and/or cooling rooftop units for a federal correctional facility. The contractor shall procure and deliver equipment that meets the specified qualifications and technical requirements. The contract is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract and includes responsibility for ensuring safe delivery and handling of all equipment throughout contract performance. The project consists of a single-phase procurement and delivery effort for the replacement HVAC units, with detailed equipment specifications provided in the statement of work. Location: Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
