Site work for a road / highway in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work for which consists of adding Traffic Signal Battery Backup (uninterruptible battery supply) cabinets at 20 various locations throughout Columbus. Which involves adding the cabinets, power supply, cabinet foundations, conduit, and interconnect equipment. Additionally, the project is to add and relocate Traffic Flow Monitors at 20 various locations. This involves adding monitors, cable, equipment, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans at 4107 - E & 1937 - A and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond. Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans, specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing by email to capitalprojects@columbus.gov through August 7, 2026. No phone calls will be accepted. The City or its representative will not be bound by any oral interpretations not reduced to writing and included in addenda. Interpretations will be issued by addenda and posted on www.bidexpress.com.
