Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other items deemed necessary to complete the following : A. Remove existing CRAC units and install new CRAC units and install new CRAC units as outlined in the Statement of Work ( SOW) . Questions Due : 21 Aug 2026 @ 1300 Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by email to Arlene . Davis@treasury.gov This work is included but not limited to the following items: a. Pre-TAB testing of the chilled water and existing ventilation air diffusers. b. Submit pre-tab report for review by Treasury COR. c. Survey of the existing perimeter wall to determine if there are unsealed penetrations and submit findings to the Treasury COR. d. Contractor to visit site prior to bidding to verify existing conditions. e. Demolition and removal of the existing CRAC unit from the building. f. Install new CRAC units as specified , including new piping, insulation, fittings & supports. New ball valves are to be furnished with stem extensions. g. Integration of the CRAC unit with the existing Siemens control system . Include graphics, programming, wiring start- up and commissioning. h. Post TAB readings of the chilled water flow rates and the ventilation air. i . Start-up of the new CRAC unit and submit start-up documentation to the Treasury. j. Furnish and install 10 new 2x2 under the air floor diffusers equal to the building standard . k. Allowance to enclose 10 wall penetrations, sized at 2'x2' with drywall. Electrical wiring, circuit breakers, disconnects and terminations to the new unit as specified in Vault 4 & 5 CRAC Units Electrical Dwgs dated 2-5-2026. m. Furnish and install labeling & identification for the new n . Furnish and install domestic and condensate piping as equipment specified on the drawings. o.Commissioning of HVAC, controls and electrical equipment and devices. p. Scheduling for deliveries and unit shutdowns to be coordinated with Treasury personnel one week in advance.
