Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Replacement of approximately 5,000 linear feet of water main (4" to 6"), abandonment of existing mains, meter installation and reconnection, plus civil upgrades including roadway, sidewalk, and stormwater collection system improvements. Question Deadline 08/20/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Interested Bidders may submit questions via the City's eSourcing Portal. The work (Project) includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals to replace approximately 5,000 linear feet of water main ranging in sizes from 4" to 6" in the Golden Harbour neighborhood along NE 5th Avenue between NE 14th Street and NE 4th Lane. Included with the water main replacement is abandonment of existing water mains, installation and reconnection of meters as well as additional civil upgrades including roadway, sidewalk and stormwater collection improvements. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for all scope components is required for a complete and operating system. Maintenance of water service and coordination with operations is required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary.
