Renovation of a library in Towson, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 91,750-square-foot, three-story above grade library.
The project consists of a selective interior renovation of four (4) public restroom facilities and one (1 ) private restroom located on the second floor. The scope also includes the relocation of nonload-bearing interior partitions within the administrative area and carpet replacement at the Rotonda. Work includes updated lighting, minor modifications to the HVAC system, replacement of interior finishes (including floor and wall finishes) within the renovated areas. Cleaning of the existing drains and adding a new linear trench drain outside the ground-floor vestibule entrance. Interior renovations for the Towson Library facility. Set-asides: 25% MBE.
