Site work for a mixed-use development in Danbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; and water / sewer project.
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to demolish the existing failed warehouse ramp and construct a new ADA-compliant, heavy-duty concrete access ramp at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Danbury Warehouse. The work includes full removal of deteriorated concrete and subgrade, excavation to required depths, installation of reinforced concrete footings, retaining walls, drainage systems, and placement of a new 48-foot sloped ramp designed to support continuous forklift traffic. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
