Project Description Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 is located within the City of McKinney, Collin County, Texas. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 consists of the extension of Laud Howell Parkway, constructing the northern half of the roadway cross section and its related improvements withing a 140-foot right-of-way, extending existing Laud Howell Parkway west to existing CR 166. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 , Phase 2 Water and Drainage Improvements consist of approximately 13,800 LF of storm sewer improvements, including 18- inch to 60-inch RCPs, RCBs, MCBs, manholes, inlets, headwalls, and riprap; and 2,900 LF of water improvements, including 12" to 24" water main and related appurtenances. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 - Phase 2 Landscape Improvements consist of approximately 82,400 SY of sod installation, watering by water trucks, and SWPPP maintenance of in -place erosion controls.
