Replacement of storm piping infrastructure. General Description. The scope of work in this RFT is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes: a. The Proponent shall remove all cast iron storm only in the basement and parking garage of 920 Ouellette and replace with new XFR PVC piping b. The Proponent shall complete all necessary fire stopping to complete the scope of work c. The Proponent shall take over the Owner obtained permit for the work and shall complete all work and schedule all necessary inspections to close the permit Goals. In achieving the above listed outcomes, the Proponent must do so in a way that achieves CHC's goals as follows: The work shall be carried out in a manner that results in minimal impact on tenants and working staff. Work shall be planned, and connections shall be laid out ahead of time to minimize service downtime. All downtime shall be scheduled in advance, and must be fully operational at the end of each working day Meet Specifications. The Work Requirements are further detailed in the specifications set out in this RFT Schedule B - Work Requirements. The Proponent must fulfill all specifications.
