A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting proposals for the refresh and remodel project located at DPS Odessa Area Office. The project scope includes demolition, framing, drywall , painting, flooring, electrical work and HVAC, as well as post construction clean up. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and must be submitted to DPS's Contract Administrator, Norma Cervantes or via the DPS Online Bid Room by the date and time noted in the table listed in this solicitation. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
