Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Athens, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,874-square-foot educational facility.
Boiler room improvements including system modifications and equipment installation. The scope of work is to include but not be limited to the following: 1 . Obtain all required electrical construction permits and inspections. 2. Provide a 120/208 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, distribution system for lighting, convenience receptacles, small appliances and small motors. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 1.4 A. 1. Refer to mechanical drawings, security, communications and access control drawings. Provide low voltage raceways (1/2" minimum ) for all thermostats, controls and low voltage systems. No low voltage wiring of any type shall be visible in exposed ceiling areas. Provide complete electrical installation including all components, i.e. light fixtures, lamps, receptacles, conduit, wire, etc. Provide for Owner training by factory representatives in operation and maintenance of systems where specified. Overcurrent protective devices installed into existing equipment shall meet or exceed the rating of that equipment. Series ratings will not be accepted. Provide selective demolition of electrical systems and equipment as indicated on the drawings.
