Provide design services for roadway improvements and multimodal accommodations including sidewalks or trails on Randolph Avenue between West Seventh Street and Shepard Road. Question Deadline 08/12/2026 Questions due via email Daniel.Chavez@ramseycountymn.gov This project seeks to accomplish the following goals along this short, but complex, corridor: o Identify design constraints and opportunities to implement a pedestrian and bicycle connection between West Seventh Street and Shepard Road; Develop evaluation criteria and recommend the preferred alternative; o Identify cost-effective upgrades and enhancements to improve traffic flow, safety, and reliability within existing infrastructure constraints; o Coordinate a robust public and agency engagement process to inform design decisions and build positive long-term relationships; and Produce final construction bid package for the recommended improvements.
