Reference Number 0000432523 The City of Warren is seeking competitive quotes for qualified vendors for furnishing and installing audio upgrades. The intent of this project is to complete the replacement of the remaining natatorium loudspeaker system to match the existing JBL Control 29AV loudspeaker system previously installed on the opposite side of the natatorium. New equipment shall integrate seamlessly with the existing sound system to provide consistent audio coverage, sound quality, appearance, and long-term maintainability throughout the facility. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental hardware necessary for the complete installation and commissioning of the sound system. Installation shall include, but not be limited to: Removal and disposal of existing loudspeakers and associated mounting hardware where required. Installation of six (6) JBL Control 29AV loudspeakers utilizing JBL factory U-brackets. Installation of marine grille kits on all speakers due to the corrosive natatorium environment. Installation of new speaker cable from amplifier location to each loudspeaker. Proper termination, labeling, and testing of all speaker wiring. Installation of new power amplifiers in existing equipment rack. Connection to existing audio source equipment. Gain structure adjustment and balancing of all loudspeakers.
