Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the expansion of a development, road / highway and water / sewer project.
The work is generally described as follows: The Whitted Creek Stream Rehabilitation Project extends from Lynnwood Drive (downstream) to 25th Street (upstream ). The proposed design includes rehabilitation of the creek using structural and natural channel design methods to control flow and stabilize the creek. In addition to the stream stabilization efforts, this project will include the installation of retaining walls - sheet pile and modular, railings, chain link fencing, and landscaping - trees, bushes & grasses. There will also be some roadway improvements along Nottingham Drive with some curb inlet and storm sewer work on 24th Street. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Doc.Note- Project documents may also be examined at the office of The City of Bellevue Public Works Department, 1510 Wall Street, Bellevue, Nebraska 68005. To ensure bidders are aware of all issued documents pertaining to this opportunity, bids will only be accepted from those listed on the planholders list kept at the offices of Standard Digital Imaging / StandardShare. Question Deadline 08/24/2026 5:00PM Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
