The work is generally described as follows: The Whitted Creek Stream Rehabilitation Project extends from Lynnwood Drive (downstream) to 25th Street (upstream ). The proposed design includes rehabilitation of the creek using structural and natural channel design methods to control flow and stabilize the creek. In addition to the stream stabilization efforts, this project will include the installation of retaining walls - sheet pile and modular, railings, chain link fencing, and landscaping - trees, bushes & grasses. There will also be some roadway improvements along Nottingham Drive with some curb inlet and storm sewer work on 24th Street. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
