The site is located along Old Lewis Road, between the Calleguas Creek and rural farmland and only 1000 feet from the entrance to California State University, Channel Islands Work involves site clean-up, grading, piping, well pedestal and building enclosure construction, electrical and control equipment, new pump and motor and various other items related to a well site facility. It is the Contractor's responsibility to confirm and obtain any required permits from the County of Ventura or other agencies prior to bid. The contractor is required to coordinate and contract with the District's approved System Integrator as defined in the specifications prior to bid
