Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Roadway, flood control, and facilities construction services. Any inquiries or requests regarding clarification of this procurement document shall be submitted to the Procurement Officer in writing. Procurement Officer contact information is Michael Perez, 845 N Motel Blvd Room 2-130 Las Cruces, NM 88007, or michaelpe@donaana.gov. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the successful Proposers for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of roadway structures, flood control structures or other public works projects. Work will be accomplished by issuing a Task Order under the Price Agreement. The awarded contractor(s) shall furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials and equipment needed to perform the work. The term of this contract shall be one (1) year with an option to renew by mutual consent for four (4) additional one ( 1) year periods not to exceed at total of five (5) years . The County may add to or delete from the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP . No purchases are obligated by this request for proposals.
