HVAC system replacements in 25 cabins, limited electrical work, interior modifications, concrete pads, and window replacements in 9 cabins. This is the park office address for navigation to the State Park; we are not meeting at the park office. Follow the park signs to the Mohican State Park for Cabins 1-25 area, which is located on the road beyond the park entrance and across a vehicle bridge. Meeting will be held in the Cabin 22. We will meet and then go to other cabins after the meeting The project involves the construction of Cabin HVAC Replacements with an Alternate for Window Replacements. Major items of work include: Twenty-five (25) 2-bdrm cabin HVAC system replacements, detector and limited scope electrical Work associated with HVAC Work. This limited scope also includes: limited interior wood framing modifications of non-load bearing Mechanical Closet walls, gypsum board wall repairs, limited wood trim replacement, and paint finishes to match existing adjacent surfaces, materials, and colors. Limited site work for new concrete pad for exterior HVAC equipment and exterior wall chase to be added for new HVAC line set enclosure. Of the twenty-five cabins noted for HVAC Work, nine (9) cabins have an Alternate for window replacement including exterior and interior trim and sill replacement, new flashing, and sealant work.
