The rest of the City Hall building gutters shall also be inspected and spot repaired as necessary primarily focusing on joints and seams. All work is to be done in accordance with the City of Ladue Copper Gutter Replacement and Repair Project Specifications. The successful bidder will be responsible for checking all quantities for this work before starting. 1. Removal of existing gutter liners and downspouts on upper Building Department roof and 22' liner replacement on City Hall . Old copper is to be placed in the City's recycle bin located behind Public Works. 2. Removal of existing 6-inch half round gutters on low roof. 3. Fabrication and installation of new copper gutters, downspouts, flashings, and accessories. 4. Removal and replacement of rotten substrate, wood fascia, and molding as required. 5. Installation of high-temperature ice and water shield beneath gutters and flashings. 6. Cleaning and disposal of debris with all copper going to the City scrap bin behind Public Works. 7. Inspect and repair as needed City Hall gutter system, seams, downspouts. 8. Temporary protection of adjacent surfaces and building components.
