Request for Qualifications- Environmental Services The Lawrence County Port Authority (LCPA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firms to provide environmental assessment, investigation, remediation planning, and related environmental consulting services for projects located throughout Lawrence County and the surrounding area. Services may be funded through local, state, and federal funding sources, including the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program. The selected firm(s) will provide services on an as-needed basis during a one-year qualification period beginning on the date of selection. LCPA reserves the right to select one or more qualified firms and does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. Selection will be based upon the firm's qualifications and experience, including experience with brownfield redevelopment, state and federally funded environmental projects, the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program, the Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program (VAP), BUSTR assessment and remediation activities, and the qualifications and experience of the firm's proposed project manager and key personnel. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. LCPA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, waive informalities, request additional information, and make the selection(s) determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.
