Site work and renovation of a civil project in Dobson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project will include a Base Bid and a number of Additive Bid Items. The Base Bid includes upgrades to an existing sewage pump station, approximately 2,650 LF of 8" force main, approximately 250 LF of 8" gravity sewer relocation, and related work. Additive Bid Item # 1 would include installation of an emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at the sewage pump station. Additive Bid Item #2 would include approximately 1,750 LF of 8" force main and related work. Additive Bid Item #3 would include approximately 175 LF of 8" gravity sewer relocation. Additive Bid Item #4 would include installation of a sewage screen assembly Construction includes upgrades to an existing sewage pump station, replacement of approximately 4,400 LF of existing 6" force main with new 8" line, replacement of approximately 425 LF of 8" gravity sewer line, and related improvements.
