All bids over $50,000 must include a 100% Payment and Performance Bond for this work. Include the cost of the bond in the bid. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest and comply with applicable laws. If any discrepancies exist between the bid value on Building Connected electronic submission and the CM Proposals forms, the CM Proposal Form numeric value shall prevail.
