Provide trenchless gravity sewer crossings, including approximately 220 linear feet of 18-inch steel casing for 12-inch sanitary sewer, 200 linear feet of 18-inch steel casing for 10-inch sanitary sewer, and associated casing spacers, carrier pipe, and system connections Sanitary Sewer Pressure Force Main a. Pumping Station and Appurtenances (Owner Furnished Equipment) Installation only of a new duplex submersible wastewater pumping station, including Xylem/Flygt submersible pumps, guide rails, discharge piping, valves, and appurtenances. Installation only of a diesel-fired emergency bypass pump and its accessories. . Installation of a Xylem MultiSmart control system powered by Nexicon, instrumentation, SCADA components, and control wiring. Pumping Station and Appurtenances (Non-Owner Furnished Equipment) Provide bypass piping, connection hardware, and an electrical building, including power distribution equipment, lighting, grounding, and utility coordination. Provide a JIB crane, fencing, access gates, and site security features. Site Work and Restoration Clearing, grubbing, grading, excavation, backfill , and compaction required for sewer installation, pumping station construction, and ongoing maintenance and final grading of the access drive/utility easement. Construction and improvement of entrance drives, including final surfacing and drainage features. Installation and maintenance of erosion and sedimentation control measures throughout the duration of construction. Final grading, stabilization , seeding, and restoration of all disturbed areas to preconstruction or better conditions.
