This project includes the construction of a new 15,171 -square-foot facility and associated site improvements required to develop the greenfield site. The project will be located at the intersection of Rainville Road and Tasker Road on Parcel 76-A-53N. The building structure will include concrete foundations, structural steel framing, light-gauge and masonry wall assemblies, a concrete mezzanine supported by structural steel decking, and light-gauge steel and bar joist roof framing systems. Exterior finishes will primarily consist of brick veneer, metal roofing systems, and manufactured architectural masonry units at the building base, along with commercial aluminum door and window systems. Interior finishes will include durable floor and wall coverings, high-performance coatings, metal and wire mesh locker systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
