The City of Issaquah - Department of Community Planning & Development is soliciting interest from qualified firms to provide contractor services for On-call review of Building permits that are submitted under the City of Issaquah's permit processing portal . The selected firm/team shall be capable of performing and coordinating ONE or More elements of plan review for building permits, including associated Architectural, Structural, Accessibility Energy, Plumbing and Mechanical, to assure compliance with the most recently adopted International Building Codes (currently 2021), Washington State Amendments, City of Issaquah Amendments in order to provide accurate, thorough , and expeditious review of construction permits. The City will not pay for costs incurred by an applicant resulting from their preparation or submittal of a proposal in response to this RFQ. The City reserves the right to modify or cancel in part, or in its entirety, this RFQ.
