Scope Greenville Water is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified design-Build teams for the Hillandale Pump statin Replacement Project. The project willbe delivered using a Progressive Design-Build approach and includes the replacement of the exisiting Hillandale Booster Pump Station, associated yard piping, elctrical and controls improvement site improvements, and related infrastructure necessary to suport the Paris Mountain service area. The selected Design-Build will work collaboratively with Greenville Water during Phase 1 to advance the design, evaluate risks, develop pricing and establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Upon successful completion of Phase 1 and acceptance of the GMP, the project may proceed into Phase 2 final design and construction. Question Deadline 08/17/2026 at 4:00 PM CT
