Selective demolition and removal of existing vinyl wall covering, and preparation of wall surfaces to receive a new Level 5 gypsum board finish. 2. Removal of existing rubber base where indicated and gypsum board repair. 234 3. 4. Painting of prepared wall surfaces and of doors, frames, and trim scheduled for paint. Limited room modifications, new and modified plastic-laminate casework, and a new barn door. 5.
