Provide a thorough but concise description of all work included on the invoice. Include a breakdown of equipment and labor rates, hours and dates worked, materials, subcontractors and other costs. The scope of work includes all equipment , labor, and specified materials necessary to complete the project in accordance with Exhibit A Project Plans . The project consists of erosion control and hydraulic improvements along approximately 250 feet of a roadside drainage ditch located along Jacaranda Lane , near Los Osos Valley Road , within the Morro Bay Watershed . Work includes ( 1 ) installation of two check dams within the ditch channel, using Caltrans Class 3 Rock Slope Protection ( RSP) with large boulders ( 6 -8 exposed ) shaped to match the existing channel geometry; ( 2 ) culvert inlet protection using approximately 10 cubic yards of Caltrans Class 3 RSP around the existing 24 - inch culvert inlet to protect against ongoing headcutting and erosion; ( 3 ) excavation along approximately 230 feet of the ditch, on the left bank (looking downstream) /west bank, to establish a floodplain bench 3-4 feet wide with 4 : 1 side slopes graded to match existing terrain; and (4 ) upslope erosion control measures around a daylighted pipe above a manhole, including grading and placement of approximately 3 cubic yards of a 50/50 mixture of Class 1 RSP and native soil to restore grades within the eroded gully, placement of slope stabilization fabric, and a manhole extension. Installation of two check dams with rock slope protection (RSP), culvert inlet protection using RSP, excavation along 230 feet of a ditch to establish a floodplain bench, and upslope erosion control measures including grading, slope stabilization fabric, and a manhole extension.
