In order to maintain and repair the components of its real estate portfolio according to the evolving needs of users, the CLIENT requires the services of specialized joinery contractors to meet specific needs on request, as well as to needs that may arise in an unforeseeable manner. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the CLIENT's buildings, this call for tenders aims at awarding TWO (2) Performance on Request Contracts for the execution of carpentry work by specialized contractors working on the island of Montreal. The PRINCIPAL wishes to retain the services of TWO (2) specialized contractors, that is, ONE (1) contractor per lot, for the execution of the carpentry work referred to in this call for tenders.
