Renovation of a military facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Carpet removal and installation services in accordance with the Statement of Work and Area Map. Work includes removal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet, along with all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the project requirements as specified in the solicitation documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 7 July 2026 and associated project requirements. The Contractor shall provide all flooring, equipment, components, and labor for the site-specific removal , installation and repair, as necessary, to support the installation of the new commercial carpet tile. All work performed by the Contractor shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices.
