Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Navarre Beach Event Hall and Boardwalk Complex located on Navarre Beach, Florida. Question Deadline 08/20/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the procurement portal.
