Specifications: Prime roof with asphalt primer Cut back bottom edge Install Nailer board with base sheet wrapped with 24-gauge copper colored metal at the edge of the roof for the new gutter Install modified black roll roofing Install two dog houses for HVAC protrusions through roof Install new edging Roof Caps: Install new 24-gauge metal cap at the front and back of the building (make water proof) Install 4" guttering to the wrapped nailer board Install 4-4X6 downspouts (one per corner) Contractor shall be responsible for all measurements. Contractor shall be responsible for daily site cleanup associated with this project.
