Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sarasota, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The County requires Engineering and CEI Services for Celery Fields Regional Stormwater Facility Central Cell. Work to include design, permitting, bid phase, post design construction services and CEI services for the Celery Fields Central Cell excavation of uplands. The County anticipates awarding a CCNA Specific Project Agreement effective for the duration of the project. Sarasota County strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the response deadline. The County assumes no responsibility for any bids received after the bid end date. Bids submitted cannot be viewed by anyone other than the Bidder until the official bid opening occurs. Submitted bids will be made public in accordance with Florida Public Record laws found in Ch. 119, F.S. Question Deadline 08/25/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted electronically. All questions must be received no later than the deadline for questions specified in the solicitation. No verbal requests for information will be honored. All responses to inquiries will be posted online The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
