The Project includes the following Work Rehabilitate existing asphalt concrete pavement by cold plane (grinding) the existing surface to a depth of 0.17 foot (2-inches), and constructing a 2-inch (0.17) overlay of fiber-reinforced hot mix asphalt (FRMA), including tack coat, utility adjustments, maintaining site access, and all related and incidental work shown on the plans or specifications. The Project is located at the District's wastewater treatment plant at 53823 Sherritt Lane. Access must be provided for District and outside contractor vehicles during the Project.
