Work covered by this section includes method of measurement and basis of payment for all divisions included. Payment for the various items of the Bid Schedules, as further specified herein , shall include all compensation to be received by the Contractor for furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation, and temporary facilities required to complete the work in accordance with contract documents including incidentals. Respective prices and payment shall constitute full compensation for all work completed including incidentals. All items not expressly listed as being provided by others that are necessary for the completion of work shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor. Please note that bids will only be accepted from licensed septic installers performing 34 % or more of the work scope themselves. Bids will not be accepted from general contractors or contractors with restricted licenses . Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to complete the work described or referenced in this rfp, provided 2025 MLB Spec Book, MN Chapter 7080 , IHS Section 01270 and within the provided EZ Excavating design. Installation of an on-site septic system including pump and removal of existing tank, site preparation, mound construction, installation of filter and flow control alarm, electrical connections, trenching, and site restoration.
