The successful bidder shall execute a formal contract to be prepared by the Attorney for the School District, Question Deadline 08/13/2026 Bidders requiring clarification shall submit all questions about the Drawings and Specifications to the Architect in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Section includes general administrative and procedural requirements governing execution of the Work including, but not limited to, the following: Construction layout. Field engineering and surveying. Progress cleaning. Installation of the Work. Cutting and patching. Coordination of Owner-installed products. Starting and adjusting. Protection of installed construction. Correction of the Work.
