Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Installation of a new water line including all labor, equipment, and materials. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. INSTALLATION OF A NEW 2 INCH WATER LINE FROM NEWLY INSTALLED RP DEVICE TO THE RECREATION BUILDING AT 1650 COOPER LANE 1. Excavation of water line to attach at newly installed RP device. 2. Excavation of the driveway near corner of the recreation building where the water line enters the building. 3. Removal of existing water heater in mechanical room of the building. 4. Removal of approx. 9 Sq Ft of concrete flooring in mechanical room and excavation to a minimum depth of 48 inches for the new water line to enter the building per code requirements. 5. Directional boring of approx. 385 linear feet to install new 2 inch PEX water line. 6. Installation of new 2 inch PEX water line from RP device near water meter to RP device inside the mechanical room for the buildings main water service tie in. 7. Backfill and compaction of all excavation areas associated with this project to industry standards. 8. Replacement of asphalt removed during the excavation in the driveway area. 9. Replacement of the concrete flooring in the mechanical room. 10. Installation of existing water heater. 11. Final clean up and removal of all debris, materials , and equipment associated with this project.
