The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the works to be constructed under this agreement: The construction of a 3.0m wide asphalt pathway along the TransNorthern Pipeline Inc. (TNPI) corridor spanning from Mille Roches Road to the Chase Meadows Parkland with a spur that connects to the Long Sault Arena parking lot. This includes excavation, placement and compaction of Granular B, Granular A and asphalt, installation of Pgates, line painting, topsoil , and hydraulic seeding. Refer to Appendix G for a copy of the executed Crossing Construction Permit issued by TNPI. The terms and conditions of this permit apply to this RFT.
