Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Demolish and replace exterior slab-on-grade concrete stairs, install new aluminum handrails, and perform leveling and/or grinding of existing sidewalk slabs. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), 100% Performance Bond, 25% Payment Bond. The project scope is to provide supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials to demolish and replace the exterior slab-on-grade concrete stairs at the MLGW Administration Building located at 220 South Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. The project includes multiple new aluminum handrails for each stair and the leveling and/or grinding of existing sidewalk slabs in multiple locations across the site . The work must be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. Question deadline: August 24, 2026, 9:30 PM Questions regarding this Sealed Bid must be submitted in writing via email to jpayne@mlgw.org with "Contract No. C2990 - Written Inquiry" in the subject line by no later than 10:00 AM CST on Monday, August 24, 2026. Verbal questions and phone calls related to the Sealed Bid will not be accepted. Answers will be provided by addenda or posting.
