Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a hospitality development; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of High Point has finalized an agreement with a Charlotte-based developer for a $30 million hospitality and parking project adjacent to Truist Point Stadium in downtown High Point. The development is planned on city-owned parcels at 305 and 315 N. Elm Street, immediately adjacent to the Stock + Grain Assembly food hall and entertainment district. The project will include a new branded hotel operated by an experienced family-owned hospitality company that currently manages multiple Hilton and Marriott-affiliated properties. In addition, a structured parking deck will be constructed to support hotel operations, downtown visitors, and event traffic associated with Truist Point and surrounding entertainment venues. The development is expected to strengthen downtown High Point's hospitality infrastructure and support continued investment in the stadium district.
