Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Board of Directors of Northeast WyomingBoard of Cooperative Educational Services (N.E.W.BOCES) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP)to remove existing rooms within their school andreconstruct them. Scope of Work The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Removal of the existing steel wall system extending from the main hallway to the timeout room - Reconstruction of two calming rooms, one storage closet, and the timeout room. - Reinforcement of the timeout room walls with a plywood backer, followed by installation of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) wall panels. - Relocation and reinstallation of all existing electrical components affected by the construction.
