Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of 123 LF pedestrian bridge over Two Mile Creek, 3,200 LF of 10-ft wide asphalt trail, and construction of concrete trail, sidewalk, curb, and curb ramps. All Bidders shall be prequalified by ODOT for the appropriate type of work. Prequalification status must be in force at the time of bid , at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. Subcontractors are not subject to the prequalification requirement. The "prime" contractor must perform no less than thirty (30) percent of the total original contract price. Bonds: 100% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Any questions must be received by the Owner no later than 2:00 pm , local time, on Thursday August 20, 2026
