Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project is to address identified current operational and performance issues at WBWRF regarding grit. The City of Boise Public Works department is requesting submission of qualifications from engineering firms to review an existing preliminary design, investigate permitting requirements, and prepare final design documents for a capital improvement project for the West Boise Water Renewal Facility. The project scope will be the design of a vortex grit removal process at the facility's headworks building. In determining the best qualified proposal, Purchasing will consider all acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with RFQ requirements. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any irregularities in the Proposals received and to accept the Proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
