Development plan application for a proposed 384-foot mixed-use high-rise generally located at the northwest corner of 10th Street and Central Avenue. The project seeks approval within the DC-15 (Downtown Core) zoning district on approximately 0.23 acres and would include ground-floor retail space and a data center. The application was submitted by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, LLP on behalf of Geoffrey Bird. Although staff has recommended denial, the proposal represents a significant high-rise development opportunity in the downtown core.
